Raw hair is cut directly from donor head and has not been processed with harsh chemicals such as dye, bleach, and perms which allows the hair to maintain its natural texture. Hair is cuticle aligned in one direction to ensure no shedding and tangling. TruNvy hair can last for years with proper care and maintenance..

TruNvy hair is from single donor with cuticles aligned in the same direction to ensure no excessive shedding. It is encouraged to treat TruNvy hair as if it is your own with proper hair care routines. We understand all hair shed with constant hair growth and various hair manipulation and excessive heat therefore we recommend sealing your wefts. We highly recommend you consult with a professional licensed hair stylist when considering bleach and various coloring or chemical styles to prevent over processing of hair.

TruNvy Raw Hair do not tangle with proper care. We recommend using a wide tooth comb or demi brush to properly and carefully detangle hair. Start detangling hair from the ends to the top of the hair wefts for a smoother look.

TruNvy products cannot be found in any Retail shops for now.

At TruNvy hair is 100% Raw and unprocessed hair which means it can be bleached, rinsed, and dyed all shades of blonde, browns, reds, and various bright colors. We highly recommend seeking services of a licensed professional for color services to avoid over processing the hair.

Our Raw unprocessed Natural wavy and curly textures will revert back to its natural state after applying heat but the pattern will not be as tight for curly textures once applying heat over long period of time as hair will be trained under excessive heat. We highly recommend wearing curly textures in their original textures as excessive heat can cause Raw hair to over process. Heat protectant is highly recommended for styles requiring heat.

With proper care and maintenance our Raw hair can last for years. We highly suggest deep conditioning with before every install for a new look every time and maintaining healthy Raw hair.

At TruNvy we recommend that you minimize the use of styling products to avoid build up. For Wavy & Curly hair we advise that you use a spray bottle of water for natural look, and for a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water. We advise that you avoid the use of alcohol based products to prevent drying out your investment! Deep condition hair as often for healthy hair maintenance. When applying heat to hair it is recommended to use a heat protectant of your choice.

Nvy Hair Care Essentials include storage bags with hangers for your wigs and bundles. Satin bags can also be used to store your bundles.

Please allow 3-7 business days to receive an order for items in stock. If you are ordering Custom coloring, it will take 7-12 business days and Custom Wigs will take up to 10 – 20 days within United States, and international orders will take longer. In the unlikely event that a product arrives based on an unfortunate mistake make by TruNvy, customer will have 48hours from receipt of package and must provide photos of the issue, packing slip, and prior approval from TruNvy for return. Item must be unused in original condition that you received it with all tags attached. ALL Custom orders are FINAL.
